The BBC has released a teaser trailer for its upcoming miniseries, “Death Comes to Pemberley,” a murder mystery set in the world of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice.” The show will air in the UK in late December and in the US in 2014! Take a look at the trailer below!
Boasting a quite different murder mystery/suspense drama tone, the three-part mini-series is set six years into the marriage of Elizabeth (Anna Maxwell Martin) and Darcy (Matthew Rhys). Matthew Goode and Jenna Coleman also star.
The mini will air over three nights starting December 26th in the UK, followed by a PBS’ Masterpiece screening in the United States in early 2014.
